Regarding GARF, there is, as always, good news and bad news.  The good
news is that GARF is open and functioning according to its normal
schedule.  The bad news is that the reading room has been moved in
connection with the building's structural problems and these conditions
limit the number of file requests to 5 a day and limit the delivery of
files to every-other day.  Posted signs in the complex suggest more
severe
issues with access at RGAE and RGADA.
