I left Moscow three weeks ago, shortly after GARF had opened a temporary
reading room because the renovation at the main reading room is still
continuing.  The temporary reading room is located on the second floor
of 6
korpus, 7 pod"ezd--also at 17 Bol'shaia Pirogovskaia.  The telephone
number
has also changed and is now (495) 580-88-17.  Assuming things have not
changed, once may order up to five dela per day.  The hours are
Mon.-Thurs.:
10:00am-5:00pm; Fri.: 10:00am-4:00pm.
