There is an informative website  www.rusarchives.ru where the RGALI, RGASPI, GA
RF and some otherarchive reading rooms' working shedule is published.  It's
written there that all of the archives you need are normally closed in August
and in June-July RGALI closes earlier, at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 3 p.m. on
Friday.
