Garf is working on the summer schedule, which limits the hours per day
(say 10 to 4/5/6 depending) and they have one day off every other month.
They are always closed in August. It is unlikely to get a card (bring a
letter/better its translation as well) and you passport) and to get an
access the same day. It is advisable to see their catalogs before you
come and order. Be aware that copying takes a lot of time, so plan it in
advance, they have only one person in charge of it.
