I am hesitant to ask this question, because I'm not sure I can bear the
inevitable disappointment.  But has anyone heard of any developments
concerning RGIA?  Will it reopen in my lifetime?  (Or, more pressingly, the
lifetime of my current book project?)  Any updated information would be much
appreciated.
