Dear David,
I have references to the archival files in Moscow
and Kyiv RE 1941 evacuations (and destruction) from
Ukraine in my _Trophies of War and Empire_, pp.
188-96. The main evacuation center for Ukrainian
state archives was Zlatoust (Cheliabinsk Oblast).
