    The Peking University Software Institute (PUSI) is currently looking
for candidates to fill five (5) temporary English teacher positions.  If
you know anyone who will be interested, please pass this message to
them.  It is urgent.

Contract time: October 21 through December 20, 2002
Location: Peking University, Beijing, China

Job description: to teach two possible courses, technological reading
(TR) and technological writing (TW), and to grade student's homework.
Teaching load: about 15 classroom hours a week plus 5 office hours and
grading.
Textbook(s): recent articles published in the major English IT
magazines.

Qualifications: native English speakers with college degrees,
preferrably MS in IT.  Prioroity will be given to candidates with
experiences of teaching English as a foreign language.

Remunerations:  PUSI will provide a US$1,000 allowance for your
round-trip ticket, lodging, and a salary of US$1,000 plus RMB10,000 for
the entire contract time, or two months.  For those who are willing to
teach conversational English class in the evening, there will be
additional income.
