Harold was more than my advisor when I was at Michigan State, he was my
best friend. I last saw him at ASA in Washington D.C. He and I sat in the
Lobby and talked about the old times. He looked okay, but I could also see
his health was not in the best shape. I did know that he passed away until
this morning. How sad! May he rest in peace.
