Today, the Department of History at Florida International
University held a memorial service in honor of Dr. Christopher
J. Gray. Speakers included Dr. William O. Walker III, Chairman
of the Department of History, FIU; Dr. Victor Uribe, Director of
Graduate Studies of the Department of History, FIU; William
Allen, PhD Candidate in African Studies at FIU; and Dr. John
Clark of the Department of International Relations at FIU.
After their presentations, Dr. Walker welcomed comments from the
audience.

The creation of the Christopher Gray Memorial Fund has already
been announced on this list. anyone seeking information of this
