What is *not* a social construction? The physical world is not a social construction. The plants, animals and minerals which exist cannot be a social construction. They simply are. Whatever we do with them or however we act/react/interact with them is irrelevant to the fact that they exist for their own sake and not for society. If they could talk to us, they would probably tell us to mind our own business and go find Timothy Leary for more help.
