I From: J.E. Kaufmann <firstname.lastname@example.org> Subject: Re: Question to moderator Date: March 19, 2010 8:42:20 PM EDT To: Scott N. Hendrix, Ph.D. <hendsn1@GMAIL.COM> Dear List Members: I am pleased to announce the publication of the final volume of a project I began in 1988. Although the project was largely finished by 1993, it took until 2008 for one of my publishers to show interest. The three volumes include accounts of over 200 veterans from induction until the autumn of 1944. The mixture of veterans ranges from paratroopers to a member of graves registration unit. Unfortunately, only a few of these men are still alive. It should appeal to those with a casual interest in American soldiers serving in the ETO. The American G.I. in Europe in World War II (Volume 3): The Battle in France. (Stackpole, 2010). 408 pp. incl. index. $20 or less from Amazon.com Additional details can be found at: http://www.amazon.com/American-GI-Europe-World-War/dp/0811705269/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I3BOZ09QZLET1H&colid=11SUUZ6NAPKT2 J.E.
