I have received notice of a new scholarly journal, First World War Studies, which is the journal of the International Society for First World War Studies, and will be published by Taylor and Francis. I note that among the 13 subjects the journal will cover is "Military Affairs." These websites have more information. http://www.firstworldwarstudies.org/ http://www.informaworld.com/smpp/title~db=all~content=t911955313 And on a subject which H-War has discussed repeatedly, faux veterans, there was a recent New York Times story on two men, one who flew over Hiroshima, and one who did not, and the historian who was deceived by the latter. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/21/books/21hiroshima.html -- Jonathan Beard firstname.lastname@example.org ----- For subscription help, go to: http://www.h-net.org/lists/help/ To change your subscription settings, go to http://h-net.msu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=h-war -----
