Hello all,

The Social Science History Association (SSHA) is holding its annual
meeting November 3-6, 2005, in Portland, OR. The SSHA has a very active
urban section, which welcomes paper and panel proposals on all subjects
related to cities, urbanism, and urbanization. You can find out more
about the annual meeting at www.ssha.org. The SSHA website is not yet
accepting proposals, but proposals can be submitted directly to the
SSHA urban network at urban@drexel.edu. Deadline for submissions is
February 1 for papers and February 15 for panels.
