1+1 Flat available in Cihangir (Beyoglu, Istanbul) for 1000 TL The garden flat is available for rent. It is at a very central location, in Cihangir, 3 min walking distance to the tram line and bus stops and Findikli park which is by the sea; 10-15 min walking distance to Taksim square, which is the main transportation and social hub of the city. There is no traffic around the house, so while being close to central locations, you can stay in a peaceful environment. There is no balcony or garden. The flat is fully equipped and can accommodate one person or a couple. It has American style living room and kitchen space, and a separate bedroom with bathroom. There is a pull-out-couch in the living room, table, chair, and the kitchen has basic utensils. The bedroom has a queen size bed and two cupboards. Other features: - Mini fridge and a washing machine (in good condition) - Heating with natural gas (24 hours hot water, heating as preferred and not included in rent) - Wireless internet (not included in rent) - Newly re-painted - Security bars at the windows facing the street If you love cats, there are some of them in the neighborhood.
