I have no idea how many individuals are subscribed to this list, but I have to ask why it is not more active? For instance, the New Jersey history list that I subscribe to is much more dynamic - usually 3-10 messages per day, sometimes more. There are notices of symposia, book release parties, upcoming fairs, presentations, meetings, living history events, and many other topics. I know The Volunteer State is rich in history, and I am sure that there are events all over the state that pertain to this history. This is a perfect place to post them. Is it just that people need to be made aware of the list or is some other motivation needed? Best regards, David David E.
