Dear list-members,
I?m devising a Post-Doctoral project on the impact of Trans-Atlantic
Slave Trade Database on slavery studies, particularly about its
influence over the measuring of the slave trade volume. As far as I
know, some works have been issued comprehendling the TASD outcomes:
KLEIN, H.S. The Atlantic Slave Trade; POSTMA, J. M. The Atlantic Slave
Trade. Besides some review articles on the very TASD metodology and
results (THORNTON, Joseph. The International Journal of African
Historical Studies, Boston:  Boston University, African Studies
Center, vol. 33, n. 1, 2000, 140-1. Resenha de: ELTIS, D.; BEHRENDT,
S. D.; RICHARDSON, D.; KLEIN, H. S. (Ed.). The Trans-Atlantic Slave
Trade: a Database on CD-ROM.
Can anyone kindly point me out any other works addressing this or
similars issues?
