National Agricultural Library In regard to electronic publications, you might find interesting the life story of the Journal of Agricultural Economics Research, the in-house technical journal of ERS and its predecessor agencies. In addition to the history it contains a complete listing of every article, every author, every journal staff member. It can be referenced as Wunderlich, Gene. "JAER: A Complete Bibliography, 1949-1994." ERS 2005. www..ers.usda.gov/publications/jaer or AGRICOLA can lead to it.
