Lugar: National Hispanic Cultural Center. Learning Room 125 - Education
Building

Dirigido a: Maestros y público en general.

Ponente: Rubén Salaz, maestro, historiador, autor.

Admisión: Gratis.

Límite: 20 estudiantes.

En este taller se incluye a todas las gentes de lo que ahora es Nuevo México.
La verdadera historia de Nuevo México es una aventura de sus gentes pobladoras.
Empezamos con el periodo prehistórico entonces examinamos las épocas de España,
México, y Estadounidense en la "Tierra del Encanto."

Formato: Bilingüe.

Diapositivas están escritas en inglés pero la narración se presenta en español.

Workshop: HISTORY OF NEW MEXICO from the beginning to the 21st century.

Time: 10.30 - 13.30

Place: National Hispanic Cultural Center. Learning Room 125 - Ed. Bldg

Target audience: Teachers and general public.

Lecturer: Rubén Sálaz M. (Teacher, Historian, Author).

Limit: 20 students.

This workshop will include all the people who comprise what is now New Mexico.
This true history of New Mexico is a veritable adventure story of its
colonizing people.  We begin with Precontact history then we examine the
Spanish, Mexican, and (North) American periods of this "Land of Enchantment."

STRUCTURE:  Bilingual.

Informational slides, written in English, will be explained with a narration in
Spanish.
