I see Martin Scorsese is doing a new HBO series on Nucky Johnson's
Atlantic City.  Frankly, I think Johnson's contemporaries Frank Hague of
Jersey City and Clarence Hetrick of Asbury Park might have provided more
complex characters, if not as flashy as Nucky, but it might prove
interesting. Let's hope Scorsese doesn't murder history as he did in
"Gangs of New York."
