"Sustainability in Asia, Sustainability and Asia" Graduate Conference on Asian Studies Location: Arizona, United States Call for Papers Date: 2009-09-30 Arizona State University announces it 2nd Annual Graduate Conference on Asian Studies. This year's conference is entitled "Sustainability in Asia, Sustainability and Asia." Proposals may address but are not limited to the following areas: Environmental/Ecological Sustainability Economic Sustainability Cultural Vitality and Preservation Health and Well-being Community Building and Civic Engagement Gender Roles and Relations Theoretical & Definitional Issues Methodological Issues The conference will be held at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ) October 16-17, 2009. The deadline for submissions has been extended to September 30.
