On that note:
How about omitting anyone capable of having children or impregnating
someone?  Anyone who might, theoretically, someday, get divorced,
become widowed, or suddenly have to take on parental responsibilities
for a family member's child?  The ways that people become "single
parents" are many.

Besides, the military can not run without women now anyway, whether or
not folks like the blogger understand that.
