Dear Colleagues, I am currently writing my thesis on Italian inmigrants influences in argentinean "new" food habits, from 1945 to 1975. Part of my project is examing Argentinean biographies including Doņa Petrona's and authors before her. I would be interested in establishing contact with Argentinean historians, antropologist, nutricionist, journalist or any professional working on this area of Argentinean food-gastronomic history.
