Folks: I will teach a course in American Labor History next spring. Unfortunately, I am about 20 years out of touch with the literature as my research and teaching have focused more on the Mexican American experience. Can anyone offer some ideas about current books to use? I plan to cover the period from the Colonial Era to as close to the present as I can get. What are the current debates? What books and/or articles would be useful for students to read, and for me to raid for lecture material? What are the key themes being used? Thank you all in advance for your assistance, Anthony Quiroz Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi -- --
