Hi all: Does anyone have an idea on where I could find info on the history of the STATE labor laws AND agencies in the U.S.? I know this is a broad question (considering the various agencies and laws this implies), but I'm trying to get a sense of how far back state labor standards enforcement regimes have been in effect, relative to the feds. I know I could start going state by state, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone else has already compiled a similar history. thanks! sg -- Shannon Gleeson Assistant Professor Latin American and Latino Studies Department University of California- Santa Cruz Merrill Academic Building- Room 15 Santa Cruz, CA 95064 sgleeson@ucsc.edu http://lals.ucsc.edu 831-459-3451 (office) 831-459-3125 (fax)
