I am looking to hand over the sublet on a beautiful Kreuzberg apartment,
suitable for 1 - 4 people. The arrangement of the apartment is flexible. It was
shared by two single people previously, but I have lived here with my partner.

The third-storey apartment is in Lausitzer Str -- about 300m from Goerlitzer
Bahnhof or M29 bus and 5 minutes from Kottbusser Tor. The bus drops you right
alongside the library at Postdamer Platz (or you can carry on to KaDaWe, if you
like). About ten minutes to Alexanderplatz from Kottbusser.

The apartment is furnished with two double beds in two large, bright rooms. It
faces a courtyard and is very quiet. The canal is at the end of the street --
and the Turkish market is on the other side of the water. Organic, Turkish and
"regular" shopping are all within 5min walk.

There are desks, printers and computer speakers in both rooms. Heating and
insulation are excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked. Towels and linen. Wifi
router. Washing machine. Everything. Just bring your clothes!

It's 800 Euro a month, all inclusive (phone, internet, heating, water,
electricity). The size is 72m square.

I leave town on the 30th of December, so the place will be empty then. We can
negotiate if you need it a little earlier or later.

The people I am currently subletting from are German but speak excellent
English. They have been a pleasure to deal with.
