I teach a course titled, American Immigration Richard Straw, History Radford U. ----------------------- from Regina Mills millsr09@MAIL.WLU.EDU there is a course offered here at UT-Austin (it is taking place this semester) on the immigration experience in the US. The course is called "American Immigrant Cultural Experiences" by Prof. Martha Menchaca. The course is labeled as an Anthropology/Latin American Studies/Mexican-American Studies graduate course. This isn't a history class per se, but I think it is closely related. Regina Mills, M.Ed. PhD Student, Ethnic and Third World Literature University of Texas at Austin ----------------------- From: Diane Vecchio <Diane.Vecchio@furman.edu> I regularly teach a course on the history of immigration to the United States at Furman University, a small, private liberal arts college in Greenville, SC. The class Is always filled and I usually have a long waiting list of students who want to take it. Diane Vecchio ----------------------- From: Walter Kamphoefner <waltkamp@tamu.edu> The Immigration and Ethnic History Society has a members-only syllabus exchange. http://www.iehs.org/iehs_login.php Here at Texas A&M, I offer an upper-level undergraduate course in U.S. Immigration and Ethnicity (from the late 18th century to the present). Texas law requires our syllabi to be available on the university website: https://howdy.tamu.edu/Inside/HR2504/PDFs/SYL_201231_20585.pdf?20:31:16 Walter Kamphoefner Professor of History, Texas A&M University ----------------------- from Gustav.Seligmann@UNT.EDU While we regularly offer courses on such topics as African-American, Mexican American, and Jewish history we do not offer any courses on Migration History at the Univ. of North Texas.
