I am interested in putting together a panel for the 2013 SHAFR meeting
that deals with American political travelers in the global arena. Time
period and sub-specialty open. My own paper would focus on international
border and travel control policies and surveillance of American political
travelers (Latin America, Europe, Africa) in the long 1960s.
