1860 Presidential election returns are not on line for the town by town
results. They are available
in the Ct. Registers published by the CT. Sec of the State (they
should have them as well) , however, and they are at Yale, CT State
Library and Ct Historical Society. The 1860 Election results are in
the 1861 Register pages 120-127. I am sure those repositories can
help you. If they cannot I have a copy of the 1861 Register and can
try scanning those pages for you. Let me know if I can be of help.
