Dear Colleagues, I've received a couple of inquiries lately regarding the status of the online Yogacara bibliography (www.acmuller.net/yogacara/bibliography/yogacara-bib.html) that I've been maintaining for a decade or so, and I think it is probably worth reporting on the situation here. In March of 2012, when we started up the H-Buddhism Zotero Bibliography project, I dumped the entirety of my own bibliographical databases--including the Yogacara one--into the Zotero bibliography (https://www.zotero.org/groups/h-buddhism_bibliography_project/items/collectionKey). Since then, a hundred or so more Yogacara-related entries have been added there. In view of the fact that it is much easier to add items via Zotero, I've decided to simply maintain this, and other bibliographical categories that way. I always tag these entries with keywords, so you can find all the items in one category via the tags on the left, or doing "Search Library" in the search box on the right. We currently have about 6,800 items, maintained by 91 members. During the first couple of months after starting it up, we added all the articles published in English from the major journals, including JIABS, Eastern Buddhist, PEW, Journal of Chinese Philosophy, and a number of others. Since then, several of us have been adding data a little bit at a time. For example, when new books and articles are announced on H-Buddhism, I do my best to include them. I also try to add the publications of new subscribers when they list them in their applications to H-Buddhism. You can use the database to a certain extent straight through the web page, but to benefit from the full power of Zotero and be able to select and import/export bibliographical information into Word or LibreOffice, you need to install Zotero locally, either in Firefox, or the Zotero stand-alone version, and set it up to sync with our project (you first need to become a member).
