Samathadeva gives a complete citation of a counterpart of MN 140 in his Upayika Tika on Abhidharmakosa, (Otani reprint vol. 118) pp. 113.3.2-116.5.5, title given at p. 174.5.1 skye mched drug rnam par dbye ba'i mdo. Samathadeva is quoting with reference to Kosabhasya (Pradhan) 24.10 ad I:35. There is no edition but references to Chinese will be found in Honjo's concordance.
