Specialization in East- or South-Asian history preferred. The successful candidate will teach introductory courses as well as upper-division courses in the area of specialization. Funds are available to support research and travel. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Qualifications: Ph.D. should be completed by the date of appointment. Candidates must also have college teaching experience, show evidence of research productivity, and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development.
