Wednesday, March 12, 2014 7:34 AM Steinhart, Ed ED.STEINHART@ttu.edu Syracuse University's East African Studies Program in the 1960s-Reply I don't know if I can help. My association with the Eastern African Studies Program was mostly in the 70s, but I was a close friend of the late Allan K. Smith and acquainted with "Drs Gregory and Mic Donald who were at the center in the mid to late 60s. Please let me know if and how I might help with this project. ________________________________________ From: H-NET List for African History and Culture [H-AFRICA@H-NET.MSU.EDU] on behalf of Lorna Zukas [llueker@NU.EDU] Sent: Monday, March 10, 2014 3:17 PM To: H-AFRICA@H-NET.MSU.EDU Subject: Query: Syracuse University's East African Studies Program in the 1960s T Parsons firstname.lastname@example.org Monday, March 10, 2014 Query: Syracuse University's East African Studies Program in the 1960s I would appreciate any suggestions/assistance on contacting people who where involved, in any way, with Syracuse University's East African Studies Program (and the Kenya Institute of Administration) or Africa/Asian Program at any point in the 1960s.
