Dear Colleagues,
ACAS Bulletin 87 - "Africa's Capital Losses: What Can Be Done?" has just been
published and posted on the ACAS website homepage. It can be accessed at: http://concernedafricascholars.org/bulletin/issue87/.  The full issue is edited by William Minter and Timothy Scarnecchia, with special bulletin editors, Léonce Ndikumana and James Boyce.  The issue provides critical information about the flow and distribution of capital in Africa.

Also on the ACAS website, you will find information on the ACAS meetings
planned for the upcoming African Studies Association meeting.  Please note that
the room for the ACAS 35th year review and planning for the future on 
Wednesday November 28, 8:30-10:30 pm, is Room 413.  The room for the ACAS
business meeting on Thursday night, Nov 29 8:30-10:30, is Salon K.
