<email@example.com> The Cooperative Africana Materials Project (CAMP) has preserved a collection of previously unpublished speeches by Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the South African Zulu politician and founder of the Inkatha Freedom Party. For more information and a link to CAMP's collection, see: http://www.crl.edu/news/8965. The 122 speeches delivered in between 1972 and 1978 were assembled from the holdings of Indiana University and coincide with Buthelezi's period in office as leader of the KwaZulu Territorial Authority and his initial term as Chief Minister of KwaZulu. However, rather than formal addresses to government bodies, the collection presents speeches given to conferences, cultural organizations, church groups, school openings, and other events. As such, they complement the official record of the period and provide insight into Buthelezi's position on the struggle for liberation and the re-launch of Inkatha Freedom Party. A list of speeches is available from the CRL catalog record<http://catalog.crl.edu/record=b2816386~S1>, and the microfilm is available to CAMP and members of the Center for Research Libraries (CRL).
