Hi all,

As promised I have compiled a list of resources (websites, books, and print
documents and articles). As it is nine pages it is a bit lengthy to send in
an email so if anyone has any ideas  (I don't have a website) other than me
emailing it as an attachment to those who are interested.

Thank you to all those people who sent me sites etc. Special thanks go to
Susie Highley (Indianapolis), and David Dillard (Temple University).
